These Terms and Conditions apply when you use this website or order design, printing or signage work from Darshil Creation ("we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Information on this website
We try to keep the information on this website correct, but it is general information. Photos of our work are examples. Prices, sizes, materials and delivery time are confirmed with you when you ask for a quote. Colours on a screen can look a little different from the final print.
2. Quotes and orders
You can ask for a quote by WhatsApp, phone or email. An order is confirmed when we confirm the details, price and time with you. We may change a quote if the details of the work change.
3. Design and approval
We prepare the design from the text, logo and details you give us, and send it to you for approval. Printing starts only after you approve it. Please check every detail carefully, including spelling, names, phone numbers, addresses, dates and sizes. Once you approve a design, you are responsible for any mistakes in it.
4. Content you give us
You confirm that you have the right to use the text, logos, photos and other material you give us. We may refuse work that we believe is unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.
5. Payment
Payment terms are told to you when you place the order. For custom work we may ask for an advance before we start.
6. Printing, delivery and fitting
Dates we give are our best estimate. Delays can happen, for example because of material, weather or approval time, and we will keep you informed. If fitting at your site is part of the order, please make sure the place is ready and safe to work in.
7. Changes and cancellation
Printed items are made to order. Changes or cancellation may not be possible after printing has started. Please contact us as early as you can if you need a change.
8. Mistakes and complaints
If something is not as agreed, please tell us as soon as possible after you receive the order, with photos if you can. If the mistake is ours, we will work with you to put it right.
9. Our content
The design, text and photos on this website, and the designs we create for our own use, belong to Darshil Creation. Please do not copy them without our written permission. The designs we make for your order are for your use after you have paid for the order.
10. Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, such as social media pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
11. Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost business or profit. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed.
